The Dundee MyBins App Has Been Replaced!
The previous Dundee MyBins app has now been replaced with a new app called MyBins®. To continue receiving bin collections information, service updates and notifications, please download the new app.
Before You Download
As of 14 December 2026, the previous Dundee MyBins app is no longer supported. If you have not already done so, please download the new MyBins app using one of the following links or QR codes below. Once you have successfully installed MyBins you can uninstall the old Dundee MyBins app

Important information for Shared Bin Users
To use the app, please enter a valid postcode and select your address
Shared bin collection dates are not currently displayed within the app’s built-in calendar.
Traditionally, properties with communal bins have not been issued with paper-based collection calendars, as residents do not need to present bins for collection. However, collection frequencies can be viewed on the Dundee City Council website using a link provided in the app.
Don’t forget to turn on notifications!
Enable notifications in the app’s settings to receive bin reminders, service updates and important announcements directly to your device.
